Bay Construction will send you a client enquiry form to help us gather information to better understand how we can help you with your pre-construction preliminaries.
LET'S MEET.
Bay Construction will meet you on site for a complimentary preliminary assessment of your plans and ideas to customise a new build or renovate your existing home. We will look at the land characteristics, slope orientation, block size, zoning etc., and talk you through our building process so that we can achieve your desired outcome.
PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT.
Our preliminary agreement can help take away the hours spent trying to get your plans ready for construction. With over 30 years’ experience in the building industry we have a team of professionals that can help bring your plans and dreams into reality.
CONCEPT PLANNING.
We discuss your concept plans and budget but most importantly discuss your vision for your dream finished home including any must haves. When you are happy with a design that meets your lifestyle requirements and budget, we will then proceed to finalise all documents including working drawings, Structural engineering, Hydraulic engineering, Energy assessment.
TENDER.
Bay Construction will provide you with a detailed cost analysis or tender for your project before submitting your plans to council where through great communication we discuss all of your fixtures, fittings, and finishes to limit contract variations.
COUNCIL APPROVAL.
Bay Construction as part of our preliminary agreement will help you to gain DA or CDC approval.
CONTRACT.
After agreeing to the terms set out in the tender a Master Builders building contract will be signed so we can add you to our agreed construction timeline.
CONSTRUCTION AND SCHEDULE.
Bay Construction and development will commence your project all whilst keeping you up to date on progress. Regular site meetings will be organised so you can start to visualise the design and selections made. Throughout the build if a selection you have made isn’t quite how you envisaged we will always work with you to find the best solution
HANDOVER.
Bay Construction and Development prides itself in a defect free handover. We will provide you with a Handover kit including a list of contactors used, building certificates and warranties so you are ready to move in and start your new lifestyle in your dream home.
